Orders ship once a week. Once your order is shipped I will send you your tracking information via email.
LARGE WORK: For pieces larger than 40” I remove the canvas from the stretcher bars and ship it to you rolled up in a tube. You will need to hire a framer on your end who will stretch the painting onto new stretcher bars. This is a pretty common practice and saves you a ton of money in shipping costs! Check with a frame shop, art supply shop or even local artists to stretch and frame your artwork. When you check out you are paying an estimated shipping charge for large pieces. I will send you an invoice or refund for the shipping charge depending on the actual shipping costs.
SMALL WORK: Anything under 40 inches ships USPS. Your shipping fees cover the cost of postage, and also packing materials, labor and stocking.
All sales are final. If I’ve make a mistake in the listing, I will make sure that you end up with the correct artwork.
Please be aware that colors are not always easy to represent on a computer or phone screen. I do my best to show you an accurate image of the art you are buying, but sometimes the image will vary from screen to screen. If you are not sure if the colors you see in a painting are exactly what you want, please ask for more photos, or ask for a pantone or paint swatch match.
Please let me know immediately if the artwork you receive has been damaged in shipping so I can assist you in getting a replacement or reimbursement right away
